How an application leaves our desk

Our custom service-model page for packet audits — the sequence we use when we mark a dossier, from the first eligibility map to the clarifying call after you receive the memo.

Notebook with handwritten review annotations beside printed pages

Map the call

We extract eligibility rules, mandatory annexes, word limits, and scoring criteria from the official brief — including footnotes and attached schedules that applicants often skip.

Read for completeness

Every form field, certificate, and supporting letter is checked against that map. Gaps are logged with the exact call reference so you can locate the rule yourself.

Test for consistency

Dates, titles, budgets, and named partners are compared across the CV, narrative, budget table, and annexes. Contradictions are marked even when each page looks tidy alone.

Rank and return

Findings are ordered by risk to submission: blockers first, then material weaknesses, then optional polish. You keep the marked packet and a short memo — not a rewrite.
