Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you request or commission an audit of applications from Application Orchestration Review (“we”, “us”). By submitting a review request or paying a deposit, you accept these terms.

Services

We provide document review and written findings related to grant, scholarship, admissions, licensing, and municipal permit packets. We do not provide licensed legal advice, immigration representation, or guaranteed funding or admission outcomes.

Acceptance

A binding engagement begins when we confirm scope, fee, and timeline in writing and you accept that confirmation. Informal email questions do not create an obligation to review a full packet.

Client materials

You retain ownership of your application documents. You grant us a limited licence to copy and annotate them solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed review. You confirm you have the right to share referee letters and third-party materials you send us.

Intellectual property

Our findings memos, checklists, and annotated mark-ups are licensed to you for use in preparing your own submission. You may not resell our memos or present them as the work of another reviewer.

Fees and payment

Fees are stated in our written quote. A deposit may be required to reserve a review slot. Remaining balances are due on delivery of the marked packet unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Our reviews are professional opinions based on documents you supply and the call text available at the time of reading. We are not liable for funding decisions, admissions outcomes, permit refusals, or losses arising from late submission by you. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat packet contents as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competence over Miyazaki Prefecture, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
