Privacy notice

This notice explains how Application Orchestration Review (“we”) handles personal data when you contact us or commission an audit of applications.

Data we collect

Name, email address, phone number if provided, review type selected, submission deadlines, and the contents of messages or application documents you send for review. Technical logs may include IP address and browser type when you visit the site.

Purposes

We use this data to respond to enquiries, deliver packet reviews, issue invoices, improve our reading practice, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies — only if you accept them — help us understand which field notes are read. See our cookie notice.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Materials from a completed review and related correspondence are kept up to 36 months unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. You may request earlier deletion of draft packets after delivery, subject to invoice records we must retain.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Japanese law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where appropriate, and restriction of certain processing. International transfers

We primarily store and process data in Japan. If a processor outside Japan is used (for example email hosting), we take steps consistent with Japanese guidance to protect the data, including contractual safeguards where appropriate.

Security

We limit access to packet materials to people involved in your review and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access.
