Assessment
Full Application Package Audit
A complete criteria-mapped review of every form, statement, budget, and attachment in one submission cycle, returned with annotations and a ranked remediation list.
Who this is for
People and offices who already have a near-final package and want a skeptical, criteria-led read before the filing window closes. Typical clients include scholarship candidates, community grant writers, postgraduate admissions applicants, and professionals renewing or transferring a licence.
Result you receive
You leave with a marked copy of the package, a short criteria alignment map, and a numbered remediation list ordered by risk to scoring or administrative rejection. We do not guarantee an award or admission; we surface gaps a careful panel is likely to notice.
What is included
- Intake checklist against the published call, prospectus, or licensing board instructions you provide
- Line-by-line review of forms, personal or project statements, CVs, budgets, and named attachments
- Cross-check for contradictions between narrative claims and evidence
- Annotated return (PDF markup or printed packet) plus a written findings memo
- One 45-minute clarification call within seven days of delivery
What is excluded
- Ghostwriting new essays or fabricating evidence
- Direct submission to funders, schools, or boards on your behalf
- Legal advice on immigration or professional misconduct cases
- Rush filing the same day materials arrive incomplete
How it runs
- You send the call/criteria document, your draft package, and any prior feedback letters.
- We confirm scope and quote if the file exceeds a single cycle or multiple co-applicants.
- Two assessors divide forms versus narrative/evidence; findings are reconciled.
- You receive the annotated package and remediation list, then book the clarification call.
Preparation
Provide the official instructions PDF or webpage printout, a complete draft of all required parts, and a note on your intended filing date. Label files clearly. If a referee letter is pending, say so — we mark it as outstanding rather than inventing content.
Constraints
We work in English. Thai-language attachments can be included when you supply a faithful English gloss. Peak seasons (January–March scholarships; May–July institutional grants) may extend turnaround; we say so before you pay a deposit.
